The S-605 is the replacement hood for the S-655 Hood Assembly.
With a S-950 Premium Head Suspension installed inside, the S-605 hood is approved for use with certain 3M™ Powered Air Purifying and Supplied Air Respirator Systems.

Safety helmet made of lightweight ABS plastic, with UV stabilizer.
A short visor provides a wide field of view.
It has a 3M™ Uvicator™ sensor disk, which shows the level of UV damage (UV radiation damages ABS helmets in time).
Width can be adjusted by the wheel. The insert can be turned 180°, which allows the helmet to be worn vice versa, while working in the cramped spaces.
It has changeable, sweat absorbing tape on the forehead for increased comfort and hygiene.

3M™ SecureFit™ Dielectric Safety Helmet X5002VE-CE has six different settings to adjust position and a 4-point chin strap selector system to switch between EN397 or EN12492 certification standards. Our yellow safety helmet is vented, brimless and has a 3M™ UVicator™ Sensor that indicates damaging levels of ultraviolet (UV) light.
