3M™ Nitrile High Performance Plastic Adhesive 1099 dries quickly with an open time of approximately 40 minutes. It cleans and degreases to ensure optimum adhesion for 3M™ VHB™ tapes due to its very pure solution of Isopropyl alcohol in water. Sold in a handy one litre bottle.
